Role Overview
As a Program Assurance Officer, you will work closely with leadership, sales, and clients to gather clear program requirements. Your responsibilities include configuring the platform (campaigns, reward catalogs, user access, branding), managing project timelines and client communications, supporting bulk data imports and onboarding workflows, identifying launch roadblocks, troubleshooting setup issues, coordinating with Product, IT, and Customer Success teams for client integrations, maintaining configuration documentation, executing a formal handover to the Customer Success team, and staying updated on new platform features to train new hires.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and clients to gather clear program requirements.
- Configure the platform including campaigns, reward catalogs, user access, and branding.
- Manage project timelines and client communications using Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or Trello.
- Support bulk data imports and user onboarding workflows while ensuring data integrity.
- Identify launch roadblocks, troubleshoot setup issues, and elevate defects to technical teams.
- Coordinate with Product, IT, and Customer Success teams to execute client integrations.
- Maintain configuration notes and documentation using OneDrive and Confluence.
- Execute a formalized handover process to the Customer Success team using transition forms.
- Stay updated on new platform features and conduct training for new hires.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, platform configuration, or account coordination.
- Direct experience working within a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with project management platforms and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using CRM and engagement tools such as Freshdesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoom.
- Proven ability to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system quality assurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- Foundational technical knowledge of Single Sign‑On (SSO/SAML) and API integrations.
- Prior experience configuring employee recognition or corporate incentive software.
- Background in creating structured platform training materials and user guides.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic launch planning.
