Job summary

Apollo.io in Manila is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to drive our end-to-end onboarding and ongoing education for the Support organization. You will lead in-person sessions, partner with local operations, and translate performance data into targeted enablement strategies.

This role requires SaaS experience, strong facilitation, and the ability to design scalable learning paths, from live training to self-paced content, using LMS and other tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer support, enablement, or training with onboarding ownership.
• SaaS industry experience required.
• Proven ability to lead live in-person facilitation and instructional delivery.
• Data-informed program design with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using LMS, learning tools, and feedback dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding strategy for Manila-based hires.
• Facilitate in-person onboarding sessions that are engaging and role-specific.
• Develop and maintain onboarding docs, checklists, and training resources.
• Design certification processes and track ramp milestones.
• Collaborate with GTM Support Enablement and cross-functional teams to align training with product updates and CSAT/QA metrics.
