Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a creative Learning Experience Designer to join the Customer Training & Education Team within Legal Professionals. You will design and develop customer-centered online learning experiences that help legal professionals build skills and get value from Thomson Reuters solutions.

You'll apply adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and multimedia development to create engaging eLearning with clear outcomes and impact, reporting to the Director,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert with learning tech: Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, WellSaid, HTML.
• Knowledge with LMS and content management systems.
• Experience with Office 365 and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-centered online learning experiences for Thomson Reuters Legal products.
• Create and maintain on-demand training materials with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Manage projects from start to finish and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop content including video scripts and user guides.
• Measure content effectiveness and update materials as needed.
