Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a creative Learning Experience Designer to join the Customer Training & Education Team within Legal Professionals, where you’ll craft customer-centered online learning experiences leveraging adult learning principles and multimedia development. You’ll partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful training materials for Thomson Reuters Legal products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in instructional content.
• Expert with learning technology such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, WellSaid, HTML.
• Knowledge of LMS and CMS platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to develop on-demand training for Thomson Reuters Legal products.
• Create and maintain engaging eLearning experiences for SaaS products.
• Manage projects from start to finish with internal teams and vendors.
• Design content including video scripts, user guides, and eLearning material.
• Use authoring tools to produce effective learning experiences.
• Stay current with eLearning innovations and customer education.
• Keep training content updated for relevance and value.
• Maintain LMS and other tech systems for content delivery.
• Measure content effectiveness and iterate accordingly.
