Job summary

Cartrack Asia is seeking a Dealership Sales Representative in Metro Manila to drive growth with automotive and fleet accounts.

You will establish new dealership partnerships, service existing clients, and pursue opportunities via prospecting, cold calls, and social media, with uncapped commissions.

This onsite role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of dealership sales experience, SaaS exposure preferred, and a driven, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales — dealership accounts (automotive dealers, fleet companies, or auto parts shops).
• Preferably with SaaS sales experience.
• Self-starter with a strong sales track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactively generate new business via prospecting, cold calling, networking, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets.
• Establish new dealership accounts by planning and organizing.
• Service existing dealership accounts, obtain orders, and manage daily call schedule.
• Focus sales efforts by analyzing dealer volume potential.
• Contribute to team results as needed.
• This is an individual contributor role and will not manage a team.
