Job summary

Tribute Technology is seeking a Data Analyst to work with the global Data Team, ensuring data integrity and delivering internal and external reports for the SaaS business. You’ll collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to track data and support priority targets.

You will extract and analyze data from SQL databases and analytics tools, create visualizations, and support decision-making with actionable insights. A strong emphasis on communication and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or business management.
• 3+ years of experience as a data or business analyst.
• Proficiency in data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills; AWS Athena experience a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills and CRM/ERP familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in monitoring and reporting on SaaS KPIs.
• Streamline internal reporting for real-time business performance.
• Harmonize data across systems for accurate reporting.
• Extract, analyze, visualize, and report findings from multiple data sources.
• Build and maintain models for scenario planning and ROI analyses.
• Assist with strategic planning as required.
• Incorporate new data elements into Data Architecture.
