Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to lead client conversations, onboard and train teams, troubleshoot problems, and take ownership from the first conversation through resolution. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive effective solutions.

The role requires strong communication, technical curiosity about software workflows, and the ability to stay composed with frustrated clients. On-site in Dagupan, Philippines, with PST-aligned hours.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in SaaS customer success or related client-facing roles.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote or in-person demos.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm under pressure with strong decision-making.
• Proactive ownership and multi-account management experience.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new clients through kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training, and Q&A.
• Serve as trusted contact after launch and monitor client adoption.
• Identify issues early and respond quickly when blocked or needing support.
• Lead difficult conversations with calm, clarity, and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Ask questions to find root causes and translate issues for Product/Engineering.
• Track open issues through resolution and ensure follow-through.
• Gather client feedback and identify recurring problems.
• Help improve documentation and client success playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, expansions, upsell.
• Manage multiple clients, projects, priorities, and issues simultaneously.
