Job summary

CAI is seeking a SaaS Administrator to oversee the maintenance and support of our SaaS Procurement applications, including design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support. The role emphasizes collaboration with ITD and business stakeholders, and includes mentorship of other staff.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Mandaluyong City. The ideal candidate will drive data integrity, security and process improvements across Coupa products and Oracle ERP integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Compute is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with enhancements and maintenance of automated processes and applications.
• Identify functionality gaps between requirements and system features and recommend best practice solutions.
• Understand integration points and provide assistance to the integration team.
• Transition legacy processes and functionality using newer tools for overhead reduction and efficiency.
