Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior SaaS Administrator to own Coupa-based SaaS Procurement applications, guiding solution design, configuration, integration, and production support across modules while mentoring internal teams.

You will work onsite in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, with a 1-year engagement, 5 days a week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila time. Strong Coupa, Oracle ERP, and Jira experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years as a SaaS Administrator with full-lifecycle Coupa implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations, SFTP integration, and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with prior technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and secure Coupa SaaS applications, closing functionality gaps with best-practice recommendations.
• Partner with the integration team on Coupa–Oracle ERP and SFTP integration points.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver both immediate fixes and long-term solutions.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification with business and technical stakeholders.
• Own test planning and execution — test environments, scripts, defect tracking, and quality gates.

About the Role

Join our client, a leading international development finance institution, as a Senior SaaS Administrator supporting their Coupa-based SaaS Procurement applications. You'll take ownership of solution design, configuration, integration, and production support across Procurement, Sourcing, Invoice, and Supplier Information Management modules, while mentoring internal teams and acting as the go-to technical expert for the platform.

What You'll Do

• Configure, maintain, and secure Coupa SaaS applications, closing functionality gaps with best-practice recommendations.
• Partner with the integration team on Coupa–Oracle ERP and SFTP integration points.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver both immediate fixes and long-term solutions.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification with business and technical stakeholders.
• Own test planning and execution — test environments, scripts, defect tracking, and quality gates.
• Mentor ITD resources and business users, and produce reference documentation.
• Work directly with the Coupa Support team and Coupa Community on product issues and enhancement requests.
