Job summary

Visa is seeking an analyst to support the Visa Rules Self‑Assessment framework within the Ecosystem Program Transformation & Automation group. You will manage intake, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen governance, controls, and automation readiness.

You will craft actionable insights, prepare dashboards and executive summaries, and collaborate across regional/global Risk teams to drive process excellence in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; audience‑oriented.
• Strong project‑coordination skills with multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and data quality; independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end VRSA activities: intake, planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis, status tracking, and readouts.
• Review VRSA submissions for completeness and alignment.
• Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for VRSA activities.
• Support engagement with rule owners and Risk teams; document decisions and actions.
• Maintain VRSA records, templates, and governance materials.
• Contribute to process improvement, playbooks, and reporting routines.
• Support design, testing, and adoption of workflow, automation, and AI enhancements.
