Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven abilities in negotiating and influencing clients and staff at all levels, including strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients comply with Visa rules through monitoring, investigation, and corrective actions.
• Track and manage enforcement action plans from clients to resolution.
• Provide consultation on Visa rules and compliance program requirements; lead minimal trainings where required.
• Create analysis of transaction data to identify non-compliant activity or trends.
• Provide accurate interpretation and analysis of Visa Rules to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collate and analyse management information statistics, reporting and trends related to enforcement for global/regional strategy.
