Job summary

Jardine Service Centre Philippines invites RTR Finance professionals to join a global shared services team. You will manage master data, process asset-related journals, and handle depreciation, intercompany postings, and monthly accruals as part of the close cycle.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, with 1+ year of related experience, and ERP exposure (Oracle or MS Dynamics 365). Strong Excel and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1+ year of accounting experience in a similar role.
• ERP software experience, preferably Oracle or MS Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete new RTR master data with integrity checks.
• Validate and process journal entries for fixed assets and depreciation.
• Post and reconcile journal entries, including intercompany postings.
• Perform period-end close activities and tax provisions.
• Set up budget allocation rules in ERP and perform reconciliations.
