Job summary

CITADEL is seeking a Record to Report Assistant Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, and segment analysis. The role requires overseeing month-end closing, asset management, audits and statutory reporting, while partnering with the finance leadership to deliver KPI-driven results.

The candidate should bring substantial FP&A experience, a CPA/CMA background preferred, and a track record of leading teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting and analysis across multiple reports.
• Ability to manage cash flow planning and forecasting.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and treasury/ tax requirements.
• Support RTR Operations Manager in KPI and SLA delivery for AP team.
• Lead and supervise multiple business units and coordinate with in-country finance teams.
• Deliver reports and perform financial analyses per segment and dimension.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of finance processes.
