Citadel Pacific Ltd. is seeking an experienced finance professional to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple reports, segments, and analyses.

The role involves leading month-end close, asset management, treasury, and statutory reporting with strong business partnering to drive efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a CPA/CMA preference, 7+ years in finance and accounting, and 3–5+ years in FP&A with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5+ years in FP&A with supervisory/managerial exposure.
• 7+ years in finance and accounting experience.
• CPA or CMA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
• Support RTR Operations Manager in KPI and SLA delivery for AP.
• Drive continuous improvement of AP processes and support ad hoc requests.
• Supervise multiple business units with assigned teams.
• Coordinate with in-country finance for reconciling items and end-to-end RTR deliverables.
• Deliver financial analysis per segment and per dimension as required by Group CFO/Finance Lead.
• Prepare flux analysis of expenses from ERP and coordinate with Operations and CGS RTR teams.
• Deliver Daily Sales Reports and perform reconciliations as needed.
• Perform inventory analysis within set timelines and coordinate with Sales/PTP workflows.
• Oversee month-end closing quality and pre-closing analysis.
• Oversee fixed asset management and project-to-profit processes.
• Prepare Monthly BS Reconciliation Report including audit schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation of finance processes.
• Provide any other ad hoc reports as requested by leadership.
