Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking a Senior Finance Controller to lead accounting diligence and maintain the general ledger across group entities.

You will support the Finance Director on controllership needs, drive process improvements, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across stakeholders. Responsibilities include improving monthly closings, leading financial and management reporting, and ensuring strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• 10+ years' experience in Finance Controllership.
• Experience in FP&A / financial reporting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing, GL reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop or improve finance processes to improve monthly closings.
• Coordinate with Finance to lead process improvements and regular reporting.
• Perform GL reporting and management reporting for stakeholders.
• Lead financial controllership with proper controls and compliance.
• Drive RTR for proper posting of entries as part of financial diligence.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements directed by ROHQ Finance.
• Collaborate with ROHQ internal audit as needed.
• Support Finance Director on major projects including transitions and AI initiatives.
• Support Finance Director for ad hoc reporting or tasks.
