Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support application and database components per specs.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Ensure QA/audit/internal controls compliance with standards.
• Provide up-to-date documentation of changes and procedures per standards.
• Govern applications per ING IT risk standards and policies.
• Engage with information security and audit teams.
• Set up CI/CD using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git.
• Improve infrastructure for scalability, security, and fault tolerance.

Job description

Design and develop and support application and database components like stored procedures and ETL as per specification from branch users and regulatory authorities. Mandatory technical skills needed: (SQL server, T-SQL, SSIS) and Experience in governance of application from an organizational information security standard.

Ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

Should understand banking regulatory reporting rules and regulations, Strong analytical skills, Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet tight deadline.

Ensure all support and project activities are complying to the quality assurance, audit specification, internal controls, and standards.

Provide up- to- date and accurate relevant documentation of changes, fixes, upgrades, enhancements of supported applications and implementation procedures in accordance to established standards.

Responsible for the governance of application from an organizational information security standard. Ensure system security compliance with ING standards and policies (IT RISK).

Engage with external parties like information security and audit teams for application governance

Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) setup using Azure DevOps pipeline, YAML scripting and GIT repository.

Continuously improve infrastructure for scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
