Job summary

Xurpas, Inc. is seeking an Application Support Engineer to investigate and resolve issues across essential business systems, analyze behaviors, and ensure reliability of software components that support critical operations.

You will monitor performance continuously, collaborate with teammates to share insights, and document findings to strengthen the knowledge base. By diagnosing problems, proposing improvements, and communicating with stakeholders, you will help sustain smooth, scalable IT

Qualifications

Must have 3-5 years of experience with IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV.
Experience in diagnosing system issues and resolving them effectively.
Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to IBM System i.

Responsibilities
