Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer - RPA to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and C#.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps, strong programming skills in Python/C#, and a solid understanding of SQL and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in RPA/automation development, preferably with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Programming experience in Python and/or C#.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations is a plus.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA solutions using Power Automate.
• Develop business apps and automation interfaces using Power Apps.
• Create scripts with Python and C# for automation.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Document requirements and integrate workflows with databases and APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Follow development standards, security requirements, and version-control practices.
