Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design and implement automation solutions using Python and Power Automate.

You will analyze existing processes, build and test scripts, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting workflows, and staying current with RPA technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven Python automation experience and scripting.
• Hands-on Power Automate or equivalent RPA platform experience.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with workflow design, process modelling and BP analysis.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and optimizing automation workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with other languages or scripting tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and database systems, Agile knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA solutions using Python and Power Automate to automate processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and create specs.
• Build, test, and deploy automation scripts and workflows to standards.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize RPA solutions for maximum efficiency.
• Document automation workflows, code, and specs for knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support and training on new automation solutions.
• Stay current with RPA technologies to enhance capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development practices.
