Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON integration.
• Experience with workflow design and business process automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Deliver end-to-end automation solutions integrating SAP, CRM, HRMS, SharePoint, and external APIs.
• Implement approval workflows, automated notifications, and data synchronization processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Power Automate and Azure services.

The Power Apps Developer designs, develops, and maintains end-to-end automation workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role enhances business efficiency by streamlining operations, integrating enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, HRMS, SharePoint, and external APIs), and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing. Working closely with stakeholders, the developer translates business requirements into technical workflow designs and continuously optimizes existing automations for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Deliver end-to-end business process automation solutions integrating systems such as SAP, CRM, HRMS, SharePoint, and external APIs.
• Implement approval workflows, automated notifications, data synchronization processes, and task/process automations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Develop and maintain integrations between Power Automate and Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
• Design and optimize REST API integrations and custom connectors for external APIs and third-party systems.
• Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical workflow designs.
• Optimize existing workflows to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications
