Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain automation across critical business processes.

You will work with Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Desktop, to deliver scalable automation solutions. The role requires 4–5+ years in RPA and hands-on experience with multiple platforms, plus strong SQL scripting, Python, and JSON skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in RPA development, automation, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with RPA technologies.
• Strong experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Platform, and Power Automate Desktop.
• Proven track record with at least 5 successful automations using the above platforms.
• Strong understanding of RPA development methodologies, workflow design, exception handling, and logging.
• Experience with SQL Server / SQL scripting.
• Experience with VBA, Python, JSON, and PowerShell.
• Ability to integrate automation with databases, apps, APIs, and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions across processes.
• Develop and support automation using Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Platform, including PAD.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Develop reusable, scalable automation workflows.
• Integrate RPA with databases, applications, APIs, files, and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation issues.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Prepare technical and process documentation, test cases, and deployment materials.
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor deployed automations and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
• Follow development standards, security requirements, version control, and change management.
