About the role

The Software Engineer (RPA) is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and business process effectiveness. The role focuses on automation lifecycle delivery, bot maintenance, and continuous optimization of automated workflows in alignment with enterprise security and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA automation solutions based on business requirements
• Analyze, assess, and optimize business processes for automation feasibility and effectiveness
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing RPA bots to ensure operational stability
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and industry standards
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training support to internal teams and stakeholders

About you
