Job summary

AboitizPower in the Philippines seeks a Right-Of-Way Geographical Information System Supervisor to lead GIS and land acquisition support for SRRLC and PD. You will supervise GIS Specialists, ensure quality data, maps, and documents for project sites, routes, and road rights of way, acting as a bridge between technical teams and management.

This role emphasizes stakeholder coordination with LGUs and government agencies, on-time deliverables, mentorship, and continuous improvement of GIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of GIS, land acquisition, or permitting experience.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, GPS tools and remote sensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily tasks of GIS specialists and staff.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of spatial datasets and maps.
• Provide coaching and quality checks on mapping outputs.
• Review cadastral maps and environmental overlays.
• Integrate field GPS data into official datasets.
• Support land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate land documents with LGUs and agencies.
• Maintain data integrity and version control.
• Report progress and escalate urgent issues.
