Job summary

AboitizPower, a leading Philippine energy company, seeks a Right‑Of‑Way Geographical Information System Supervisor to oversee GIS and land acquisition support for SRRLC and PD. You will guide GIS Specialists, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with stakeholders to keep project sites and transmission routes on track.

You will work closely with SRRLC and PD teams, integrating GPS data, producing maps, and supervising due diligence for land-related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, or related field.
3–5 years of GIS, land acquisition, or permitting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, assign, and monitor the daily tasks of GIS Specialists and support staff.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of spatial datasets, maps, and project documentation.
Provide coaching, technical guidance, and quality checks on mapping outputs.
Review GIS analyses, cadastral/parcellary maps, and environmental overlays.
Integrate field-verified GPS data into official project datasets.
Support maps for land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder presentations.
Coordinate collection and verification of land documents, permits, and clearances.
Assist in due diligence and land validation processes by supervising staff.
