Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is expanding its Geographic Information Systems (GIS) team in the Philippines to support renewable energy project development. The role involves developing and maintaining GIS databases and mapping products for site identification, permitting, and construction planning.

You will coordinate data from contractors and agencies, perform geospatial analyses, and assist with land and permitting activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS or related field.
Licensed Geodetic Engineer preferred depending on level of position.
2+ years in GIS, surveying, geospatial analysis, land management or related fields.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases and mapping systems for renewable energy projects.
Prepare maps, land status maps, constraint maps, and other geospatial products for development, permitting, and construction teams.
Coordinate acquisition of spatial data from contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders.
Support field verification and ensure GIS outputs meet project requirements.
Provide spatial analysis and reporting to support planning and decision-making.
