Job summary

AboitizPower, Philippines, seeks an As Right-Of-Way Supervisor to support SRRLC in acquiring land rights for ARI projects. Lead ROW specialists, drive due diligence, mitigate risks, and maintain alignment with timelines and governance.

You will coordinate with legal, regulatory, and stakeholder teams, manage documentation, and foster cross‑functional collaboration to deliver secure transmission routes and road rights of way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 1 year of experience in real estate, energy, or law.
• 2 years of project experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination with technical, engineering, and legal teams to identify and finalize routes for transmission lines and access roads.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect ARI’s interests.
• Serve as primary escalation point for ROW team and provide updates to management.
• Establish forums to resolve complex risks in land documentation and titles.
• Oversee due diligence, screening, and land rights acquisition processes.
• Supervise commercial and legal risks throughout ROW acquisition to protect project objectives.
• Gather required documentation from landowners and government agencies.
• Establish due diligence and financial close processes for property aspects.
• Manage internal approvals and document control for property agreements.
• Provide visibility to AVP on immediate concerns for forward planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet ROW targets.
