Job summary

Central Labor Service Cooperative in Metro Manila is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations across assigned sites. You will supervise and guide staff, ensure attendance and performance, and coordinate with clients to address operational concerns.

Qualified candidates have a 4-year degree, supervisory experience in manpower services or similar, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel and work at roving sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and monitor daily operations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to assigned employees.
• Ensure attendance, performance, and policy compliance across sites.
• Coordinate with clients and site personnel on operational concerns.
• Address and report employee and site-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly monitoring reports.
• Assist in resolving operational concerns to ensure smooth site operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About you

• Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits

• Able to work independently and handle multiple assigned sites

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Must be willing to work on a roving/site-based assignment
