Job summary

Multi-Rich Home Decor, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Metro Manila to lead on-site activities and ensure project plans are followed from start to finish. The role involves supervising manpower, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

You will manage scheduling, preparation of site requirements, and oversee weekly billing and reporting. The successful candidate will coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work adheres to contract

• Preparing shop drawings, permits, and delivery forms.

• Preparation of site requirements.
• Attend management meetings.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials).
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal team regarding project concerns.
• Identify any potential issues and risks.
• Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, delivery, permits, pull out forms.
• Execute the project according to contract plans and drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for project requirements.
