Job summary

PACERS TRADING & SERVICES is seeking a qualified professional to lead construction projects in Batangas. The role focuses on planning, supervising daily site operations, and ensuring timely, within-budget completion.

The candidate will develop project plans, schedules, and BOQs, coordinate resources with the project team, and enforce safety protocols on site to protect personnel and assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing project schedules and manpower/equipment plans.
• Ability to oversee daily construction site operations to meet schedule.
• Proficient in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from plans and TOR.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise project activities to ensure progress on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources with the Project coordinator to maintain site readiness.
• Monitor quality and safety, conduct spill and hazard checks, and report incidents.

Responsibilities:

ProjectPlanning,Supervision andCostEstimation:

• Knowledgeableinpreparationofprojectschedule,manpowerscheduleandequipmentschedule.
• Overseedailyoperationsatconstructionsitestoensureprojectsprogresssmoothlyandare completed on time.
• Developandimplementprojectplans,schedules,andworkordersasperprojectrequirements.
• CoordinatewiththeProjectcoordinatorstoensureproperresourcesareallocatedandmaintainedon site.
• ProficientinpreparingBillsofQuantities(BOQs)basedonconstructionplans,technical specifications, and clients’ Terms of Reference (TOR).Safety and Compliance:
• Enforcesafetyprotocolsandensurethatsitestaffadheretohealthandsafetyregulations.
• Conductregularsafetymeetings,inspections,anddrillstoensuresitecompliance.
• Prepareandsubmitincident/accidentreportswhennecessaryandimplementcorrectiveactions

QualityControl:

• Monitorandinspectconstructionactivitiestoensuretheymeetcompanystandardsandclientexpectations.
• Identifypotentialqualityissues,ensureimmediatecorrectiveactionsaretaken,andrecommend improvements.
• Coordinatewithqualitycontrolteamstoconductqualityinspectionsandaddressdeficiencies.

TeamLeadershipandCoordination:

• Superviseandprovideguidancetositeworkers,contractors,andsubcontractors.
• Fosterteamworkandcollaborationon-sitetomaintainaproductiveandpositiveworkenvironment.
• Addressissuesrelatedtoworkforceproductivity,attendance,andperformance.
• Ensure/monitortheactualprogressstatusversustheplannedprogress.
• Initiatecatchupplanifdeviationisbeyond5.5%.

BudgetManagement:

• Assistinmonitoringprojectcostsandmaintainingtheprojectbudgetbytrackingexpensesand controlling expenditures.
• Identifycost-savingmeasureswithoutcompromisingprojectqualityorsafety.
• Preparedaily/weeklyprogressreports,includinglabor,equipment,andmaterialsused.

StakeholderCommunication:

• Maintain clear and open communication with the Project Manager, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Attendprojectmeetings,provideupdates,andaddressconcernsrelatedtositeactivities.
• Coordinatesiteinspectionswithgovernmentandregulatoryagencies.
