The role supports the Operations Admin Manager and Documentation Supervisor in inventory concerns and preparations for counts and billing. The position emphasizes entry accuracy, SOP compliance, timely transaction updates, and ensuring system transactions are closed correctly within cut-off

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or pursuing degree in related field.
• 0.5–1 year in warehouse/inventory role.
• Experience with inventory documentation and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Accuracy – entry/declaration of receiving, picking and dispatch up to system submission.
• Maintain SOP-compliant tasks and adherence to policies.
• Update client portal with transaction status in sync with system.
• Ensure timely completion and proper closing of system transactions.

Designation: Roving Documentation Staff

Position description: Responsible in the accurate inventory documentation of inbound and outbound transactions of the warehouse, as well as timely transaction updates. The job also consists of ensuring complete generation of required or related documentation concerning withdrawals or dispatches. Assists the Operations Admin Manager and Documentation Supervisor in resolving inventory concerns and preparing the warehouse for inventory count and billing document generation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inventory Accuracy – Responsible for accurate entry/declaration of receiving, picking and dispatch, up to submission of the transaction in the system, as part of achieving target of 100% (IM/WM).
• IR/NCR Instances – Maintaining that individual activities and tasks are accomplished within the prescribed SOP, work instructions or guidelines, sanctioned under approved policies and departmental and company rules and regulations.
• Client Portal Update – Responsible in ensuring transaction updates are accomplished in Client Portal, in sync with system transaction.
• On Time Transaction Completion – Maintaining that system transaction are completed (verified closed, shipped complete and submitted) within prescribed cut off.
