Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication leadership skills.
• Familiarity or interest in AI technologies.
• Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across different departments - Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and HR
• Support operational and strategic project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Analyze business data to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with leaders for professional growth
• Undertake hands-on projects utilizing AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate adaptability and proactivity in a dynamic business environment
