Job summary

ByteDance E-Commerce is seeking high-potential MBA and Master’s graduates for the Accelerated Development Program in Taguig, Philippines. From Day 1, you rotate across strategy, analytics, category growth, operations, and special projects as a full-time employee over 18 to 24 months.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, own meaningful projects, and develop commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities to drive growth in a dynamic digital commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA from overseas or top local university preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities.
• Strong communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, business strategy, or growth.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across e-commerce functions to gain end-to-end exposure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Support go-to-market strategies, seller growth programs, and platform initiatives.
• Use data to monitor performance and influence leadership decisions.
• Own workstreams within high-impact projects and ensure progress.
