Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of work experience encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for daily business operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to undergo rotational assignments and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Rotational exposure across multiple departments for 3–6 months.
