Formación

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured rotational assignments across key business units.
• Contribute to team discussions, planning, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Lead an Individual Action Learning Project from ideation to execution.
• Engage in classroom training, mentoring, coaching, and hands-on learning.
