Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Supervisor - Rotable and Material Management to lead daily rotable asset movements, manage critical parts inventories, and coordinate with pool providers for timely repairs.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to optimize forecasts, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the materials team while supporting fleet maintenance for our growing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years in aviation, supply chain, or materials management with rotable experience.
• Experience in vendor management and pool access programs; cost management and SLAs.
• Familiarity with AMOS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rotable asset movement, issuance, returns, and repairs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of rotable and critical parts for maintenance readiness.
• Coordinate with pool providers and OEMs for timely repairs and returns.
• Track turn-around times for components under repair and escalate delays.
• Maintain rotable traceability and shelf-life monitoring controls.
• Support material forecasts and planning for heavy checks, engine/APU maintenance, and aircraft modifications.
• Liaise with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance on contract terms.
• Oversee administration of component pools and exchanges with third parties.
• Ensure compliance with CAAP, FAA/EASA, and internal policies.
• Conduct audits and reconciliation of rotable inventory.
• Generate reports on stock levels, pool provider performance, and KPIs.
• Support logistics process improvements and mentor staff.
