Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years in supervisory material planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing or thermal industries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise material planning activities to meet production requirements.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and inventory plans.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems for planning and reporting.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Lead and mentor the material planning team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Resolve material-related issues promptly to avoid production delays.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and provide insights for decision-making and process improvement.
