Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking an Airframe Systems Engineer in the Engineering & Fleet Management team. You will review Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and OEM publications for applicability to our fleet and issue in‑house publications as needed.

You will coordinate with manufacturers to resolve malfunctions, support maintenance program enhancement, and evaluate aircraft system modifications to improve dispatch reliability, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and a valid PH work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
4–6 years of relevant aircraft systems engineering experience.
Licensed Aeronautical Engineer or valid PRC license is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of airframe systems and maintenance requirements.
Familiar with aviation authority directives (EASA, FAA, CAAP).

Responsibilities

Review and assess Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and OEM publications for applicability; issue in‑house publications.
Coordinate with manufacturers to address malfunctions not in manuals.
Support maintenance programs to improve dispatch reliability and efficiency.
Evaluate and approve aircraft system modifications and parts upgrades.
Monitor fleet reliability; lead investigations and corrective actions.
