Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement management strategies to maximize performance and value of reacquired assets: Used Cars or Repossessed Cars, motorcycle, truck
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities to ensure reliability and optimal performance of Warehouse facilities
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance to ensure efficiency, availability, and compliance with ROPA Industry standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within Loans, VP Operations and other interrelated division to drive effective asset utilization and project outcomes
• Prepare and present regular performance and insurance reports directly to Loans Division Head
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all reacquired vehicle activities
• Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life for high potential resale value

Requirements:

• Graduate of any four-year related course with high technical knowledge in automobile
• Proven expertise in asset management within the vehicle reacquisition projects
• Strong understanding of warehouse vehicle operations, maintenance, and resale asset accountability
• Exposure to dealer sales operations with proficiency on reacquired vehicle sales
• Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and long-term asset value creation
• Above average communication skills (both written & verbal)
