Job summary

Global Dominion Financing Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Repo Clerk to support vehicle repossession operations in our designated warehouse location in the Philippines. The role involves handling repo units, basic vehicle maintenance, and inventory checks while ensuring safety and cleanliness of the facility.

Ideal candidates may have no prior work experience or relevant experience in warehouses or logistics, with a drive for accuracy, reliability, and willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• College graduate/ College level, or Vocational Course are welcome to apply
• Good Communication Skills
• Have Driver license and ability to Drive 2 to 4 wheels
• With or without work experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics is an advantage
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in the designated warehouse location

Responsibilities

• Basic maintenance of any kind of vehicles and Can drive 4 wheels & Trucks
• Trustworthy, flexible and willing to extend working hours as may required.
• Receives all repo units being turned-over by Collection partners;
• Inspect all repo units , make check list, take pictures;
• In charge in proper disposal of redeemed and sold units;
• Check and balance the inventory with sales associate;
• Assist buyers in checking repor units for sale;
• Ensures the safety of all repo units and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse;
• Fix minor issues of repo units;
• Report any untoward incident that maybe encountered to his immediate superior.
