You will lead a team of sales executives, implement strategic plans, and ensure compliance with company policies to hit targets. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in industrial operations or sales leadership, with strong communication and mentorship skills, and a proven ability to drive performance in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in industrial operations, production management, or specification-led sales within roofing and construction.
• Effective leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
• Oversee sales executives' performance and the daily operations of the plant.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
