Job summary

STMicroelectronics Philippines is seeking a seasoned facilities leader to renew our onboarding and vendor collaboration processes. You will oversee critical RODI/WWTP/Gas systems and drive reliability and compliance across the site.

The role demands extensive O&M, project management, and regulatory experience within a semiconductor environment, plus strong communication and budgeting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical, chemical or mechanical engineer.
• Experience in facilities O&M and project management in semiconductor environments.
• Knowledge of DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities team in governance of RODI/WWTP/Gas systems.
• Oversee operation and maintenance ensuring robust performance.
• Attend regulatory agencies or audits (PEZA/DOLE/DOE/ERC).
• Manage major RODI/WWTP/Gas system projects from concept to implementation.
• Assist 8D for electrical issues; design and implement corrective actions.
• Regularly review systems to align with standards and SOPs.
• Be the go-to person for RODI/WWTP/Gas system aspects.
• Site POC for Facilities central collaboration.

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Lead the Facilities team in the Management/governance of the RODI/WWTP/Gas system of the plant.


• Oversee the Operation and Maintenance of the RODI/WWTP and gas system and ensure robust operation.


• Attend regulatory agencies or customer visit or audit of electrical system such as PEZA, DOLE, DOE, ERC, clients, and others.


• Manage major or critical RODI/WWTP/Gas system projects from conceptualization to implementation.


• Assist 8D preparation for electrical related issues or incidents and design, prepare, and implement needed corrective actions.


• Regular review of the RODI/WWTP/Gas system to ensure alignment or conformity to local or international standards/LOP/SOP/POR. Manage needed improvement to align or conform if needed.


• Go to person for RODI/WWTP/Gas system aspect.


• Site Point of contact \"POC\" with respect to Facilities central collaboration.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• License Electrical / Chemical/ Mechanical Engr.


• Knowledgeable in MS project management tool.


• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC/5S and others.


• Knowledgeable with regulatory requirements such as DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC/BFO/Fire Code and the likes.


• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.


• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC and others.


• Advance knowledge in Facilities operation and Maintenance particularly on RODI/EDI/WWTP and gas system.


• With good analytical skill.


• At least 8 years work experience in Facilities O&M, Project Management, Design , Construction/EHS and regulatory compliance in a semiconductor or related environment.


• Handling contract management and negotiations.


• Able to handle both organic and outsource personnel.


• Above average knowledge in budget/cost (financial management).


• Knowledgeable in managing Service level agreements (SLA's or KPI's).
