Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a senior Facilities & Maintenance professional to lead the RODI, WWTP and gas systems, ensuring robust operation and regulatory compliance in a semiconductor environment. You will manage O&M projects from concept to delivery, oversee vendor engagements, audits, and continuous improvement, and serve as the site POC for facilities collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineer.
• MS Project management knowledge.
• Knowledge of Quality Management tools (8D/FMEA/DMAIC/5S).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC/BFO/Fire Code).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of facilities operation and maintenance (RODI/EDI/WWTP and gas systems).
• Strong analytical skills.
• 8+ years in Facilities O&M, PM, Design/Construction/EHS and regulatory compliance in semiconductor environments.
• Experience with contract management and negotiations.
• Ability to manage both in-house and outsourced personnel.
• Strong budget/cost awareness and SLA/KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities team in governance and operation of RODI/WWTP/Gas systems.
• Oversee O&M of RODI/WWTP and gas systems and ensure robust operation.
• Attend regulatory agencies, client visits or audits (PEZA, DOLE, DOE, ERC, etc.).
• Manage major RODI/WWTP/Gas system projects from concept to implementation.
• Assist 8D problem solving and implement corrective actions.
• Regularly review systems for conformance to local/international standards and SOPs.
• Serve as site POC for facilities collaboration.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on infrastructure projects.

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Lead the Facilities team in the Management/governance of the RODI/WWTP/Gas system of the plant.


• Oversee the Operation and Maintenance of the RODI/WWTP and gas system and ensure robust operation.


• Attend regulatory agencies or customer visit or audit of electrical system such as PEZA, DOLE, DOE, ERC, clients, and others.


• Manage major or critical RODI/WWTP/Gas system projects from conceptualization to implementation.


• Assist 8D preparation for electrical related issues or incidents and design, prepare, and implement needed corrective actions.


• Regular review of the RODI/WWTP/Gas system to ensure alignment or conformity to local or international standards/LOP/SOP/POR. Manage needed improvement to align or conform if needed.


• Go to person for RODI/WWTP/Gas system aspect.


• Site Point of contact \"POC\" with respect to Facilities central collaboration.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• License Electrical / Chemical/ Mechanical Engr.


• Knowledgeable in MS project management tool.


• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC/5S and others.


• Knowledgeable with regulatory requirements such as DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC/BFO/Fire Code and the likes.


• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.


• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC and others.


• Advance knowledge in Facilities operation and Maintenance particularly on RODI/EDI/WWTP and gas system.


• With good analytical skill.


• At least 8 years work experience in Facilities O&M, Project Management, Design , Construction/EHS and regulatory compliance in a semiconductor or related environment.


• Handling contract management and negotiations.


• Able to handle both organic and outsource personnel.


• Above average knowledge in budget/cost (financial management).


• Knowledgeable in managing Service level agreements (SLA's or KPI's).
