Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a seasoned Facilities Leader to govern critical utility systems and lead improvements across the plant. You will drive O&M for RODI/WWTP and gas systems, coordinate major projects, and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and efficiency.

A strong background in SEMI environments and contract management is required. You will also oversee 8D problem solving, liaise with agencies like PEZA/DOLE/DOE/ERC, and act as site POC for facilities collaboration while guiding

Qualifications

• Electrical/chemical/mechanical engineering license.
• Knowledgeable in MS project management tool.
• Experience with 8D/FMEA/DMAIC/5S quality tools.
• Familiar with DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced facilities operation and maintenance, especially RODI/WWTP and gas systems.
• Minimum 8 years of facilities O&M, PM, design, construction/EHS and regulatory compliance in semiconductor or related environments.
• Experience with contract management, personnel management, and SLA/KPI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities team in governance of RODI/WWTP/Gas systems.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of RODI/WWTP and gas system.
• Attend regulatory agencies or customer audits (PEZA, DOLE, DOE, ERC, clients).
• Manage major RODI/WWTP/Gas projects from concept to implementation.
• Assist 8D for electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review systems for compliance with local and international standards and SOPs; drive improvements.
• Be the go-to person for RODI/WWTP/Gas system aspects.
• Site POC for Facilities central collaboration.

Your Skills & Experiences

• License Electrical / Chemical/ Mechanical Engr.
• Knowledgeable in MS project management tool.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC/5S and others.
• Knowledgeable with regulatory requirements such as DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC/BFO/Fire Code and the likes.
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC and others.
• Advance knowledge in Facilities operation and Maintenance particularly on RODI/EDI/WWTP and gas system.
• With good analytical skill.
• At least 8 years work experience in Facilities O&M, Project Management, Design , Construction/EHS and regulatory compliance in a semiconductor or related environment.
• Handling contract management and negotiations.
• Able to handle both organic and outsource personnel.
• Above average knowledge in budget/cost (financial management).
• Knowledgeable in managing Service level agreements (SLA's or KPI's).
