Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a ROC Data Analyst to support centralized staffing and scheduling operations. You will monitor, analyze, and report on workforce performance metrics and KPIs to drive optimization.

Partner with leadership to create dashboards, provide insights, and support data-driven decisions on staffing efficiency, labor utilization, and operational improvement across ROC services. The role blends analytics with operations and change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics and operational reporting experience.
• 3+ years supporting staffing, scheduling, workforce management in healthcare.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management and Andgo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze staffing, scheduling, workforce, and operational performance data to support ROC optimization initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs, SLAs, productivity metrics, and benchmarks.
• Identify trends and performance gaps and provide insights to ROC leadership.
