Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Computer literate with basic office and clinical system usage.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Tactful, organized, and able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatments, medications, and medical advice to employees.
• Strictly implement and monitor health and safety guidelines including anti-COVID protocols.
• Control dispensing of medicines and maintain clinic supply inventory.
• Coordinate with partner clinics for pre-employment medical exams and DOLE reporting.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, Labour Standards, and PEZA reportorial requirements.
• Assist with filing SSS and other benefits documentation.
• Advise on company benefits (SSS, ECC, PhilHealth, HDMF, HMO).
• Validate documentation for sick leave with medical institutions/clinics.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies in leave filings and maintain HR records.
