Lunas Solution Corp. is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist (independent contractor) to join our growing team in a hybrid setup.

Use your clinical expertise in chart review and documentation analysis without the physical demands of bedside work. You will review records, request clarifications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve documentation accuracy while maintaining compliance with guidelines and client protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 1 year CDI experience, or 3+ years ER or ICU experience; or 4+ years in other clinical settings.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely while on video call (camera on).
• Amenable to night shift schedule.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience with CDI is a plus.
• Preferably based in Negros Oriental or nearby provinces.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records/medical charts to identify gaps or missing clinical details.
• Submit physician queries or clarifications to support severity of illness, risk of mortality, and medical necessity.
• Work with healthcare professionals to improve documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Apply clinical knowledge of pathophysiology, medical terminology, and ICD-10-CM principles.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and client protocols.
