Job summary

PRONET SYSTEMS INTEGRATED NETWORK SOLUTION, INC. seeks a technical support professional to process RMAs, perform root-cause analysis, and shorten response times by delivering accurate technical assessments. You will also prepare preventive maintenance reports and coordinate with Sales and Project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field and has up to 1 year of technical support experience, with a background in project technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or IT-related field.
• 1 year of technical support experience preferred.
• Background in project technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process, categorize root cause analysis every time there is RMA request.
• Regulate the cause of the problem and shorten the process by providing the right technical support assessment.
• Provide reports subject for preventive maintenance, items under warranty and out of warranty.
• Coordinate to different Business Development, Project Manager regarding proper costing of Preventive Maintenance.
• Submit reports of status of Preventive Maintenance.
• Submit recommendation of accounts due to preventive maintenance.
• Communicate status and schedule to customers and Sales.
• Code repair and replacement requests and forward when other departments must fulfill.
• Enter data, analyze data, and identify trends in repair and replacement requests
