Job summary

First Circle is a leading fintech in the Philippines; we are hiring a Risk Operations Support to join our team in shaping SME lending processes. This hybrid role focuses on accurate data handling, document encoding, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Risk Operations team, you will encode client data, perform quality checks, and assist with credit-related tasks while collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience preferred; internship in banking/finance is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
• Can keep up with a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents.
• Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy.
• Quality checks on encoded data (spotting discrepancies and repairing/correcting errors).
• Storing of files systematically.
• Running of credit checks.
• Other tasks in relation to daily operations.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents
• Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
• Quality checks on encoded data (spotting discrepancies in numbers, and repairing / editing spotted errors)
• Storing of files systematically
• Running of credit checks
• Other tasks in relation to daily operations

Requirements

• Preferred to have 0-1 year of experience only. Bank and financial management-related internship experience preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Good communication skills
• Can keep up with a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines and targets
