Cebu Pacific Air, based in Pasay City, invites a results-driven risk professional to join our Enterprise Risk Management team within the Corporate Strategy Department. You will help develop and monitor our risk framework, align risk activities with business goals, and support leadership with clear insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration across units, ongoing risk assessments, and the delivery of reports and training to foster a strong risk culture.

Competenze

• Must have analytical, planning and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge and experience in managing various types of risks such as strategic, operational, compliance, technology, or environmental.
• Knowledge in internal controls is an advantage.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Mansioni

• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) framework aligned with the organization’s objectives and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with business units and Internal Audit to identify risks, assess impacts, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and ensure risks are managed.
• Maintain and update risk registers with identified risks.
• Report to the Group Manager, Enterprise Risk Management on risk status and mitigation progress.
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments and help develop strategies to reduce risk exposure across operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk practices into day-to-day activities.
• Support risk awareness programs and training for employees to build a risk culture.
• Participate in business process improvement projects to identify optimization and risk reduction.
• Create reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders communicating risk assessments and mitigations.
• Prepare risk management reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies as required.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) framework aligned with the organization’s objectives and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate closely with business units and the Internal Audit team to identify emerging risks, assess potential impacts, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures, ensuring that risks are effectively managed and appropriately mitigated.
• Assist in maintaining and updating risk registers, ensuring all identified risks are documented, tracked, and regularly reviewed.
• Report to the Group Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, providing regular updates on the status of key risks, risk mitigation progress, and emerging concerns.
• C onduct in-depth risk assessments and assist in the development of strategies to reduce risk exposure across business operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated into day-to-day business activities.
• Support the development and delivery of risk awareness programs and training sessions for employees to build a strong risk management culture.
• Participate in business process improvement projects, working closely with the Enterprise Risk Management team to identify areas for optimization and risk reduction.
• Help create detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders, clearly communicating risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of risk management reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies, as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management and incorporate these insights into the company’s risk management framework.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, legal management, technology, or related fields .
• Must have demonstrated analytical, planning, organization and facilitation skills.
• Must have k nowledge and experience in managing various types of risks such as strategic, operational, compliance, technology, or environmental.
• Knowledge in internal controls is an advantage.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
