Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in AB/BS Psychology, BS Business Administration or BS Human Resource or equivalent.
• Background on Labor Laws and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
• 1–3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Labor Relations Manager in maintaining harmonious employee relations.
• Handle end-to-end employee discipline process per Philippine Labor Code.
• Assist in compliance to OSH and DOLE department orders.
• Implement OSH programs, drills, and safety appointments.
• Review and update Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, and policies.
• Prepare statutory establishment reports and work arrangement notices.
• Ensure filing and monitoring of labor documents and related admin.
• Support payment advice administration to vendors and lawyers.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Assist Labor Relations Manager in maintaining harmonious and productive employee-employer relationship. Identify and manage programs for the betterment of employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end employee discipline process, ensuring strict compliance with procedural and substantive due process mandated by the Philippine Labor Code
• Assist in the organizational compliance to general labor standards, occupational safety and health (OSH), and department orders issued by DOLE
• Implement OSH programs such as random alcohol drug test, appointment of first aiders and safety officers, annual evacuation drills (earthquake and fire), among others
• Conduct regular review and update of the company's Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, and workplace policies to reflect emerging legislation, court jurisprudence, and industry best practices
• Prepare and file necessary statutory reporting related to establishment reports and work arrangement notices
• Ensure systematic and accurate filing and monitoring of labor related documents
• Handle administrative work in the payment advice to vendors and lawyer representations

• Are a college graduate major in AB/BS Psychology; BS Business Administration; BS Human Resource or equivalent.
• Have background on Labor Laws and Occupational Safety and Health.
• Have prior work experience in a related field for 1-3 years
